kromans-DocsTranslate™ operates primarily as a client-side web application. All data created or modified by users resides locally on the user's device in localStorage, IndexedDB, or Cache Storage.

Cookieless / EU ePrivacy Directive Statement: The application does not use tracking cookies, marketing beacons, or third-party profiling trackers. Storage is strictly necessary for technical functionality (offline caching and preserving user preferences). Because only strictly necessary local storage is utilized, no cookie banner or consent pop-up is legally required under EU ePrivacy Directive exemptions.

2. Anti-Wiretap & Session Replay Disclaimer (CIPA Compliance)

We do not record user keystrokes, track cursor movements, or employ session replay surveillance scripts (such as FullStory, Hotjar, or LogRocket). In compliance with the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA) and state wiretap laws, no third-party eavesdropping software is integrated into this application.

3. Statutory "Do Not Sell or Share" Declaration (CCPA / CPRA & TDPSA)

Statutory Declaration: We do not sell or share personal data with third parties or data brokers. We have never sold or shared user personal data and will never do so.

4. GDPR & CCPA User Rights

Under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to access, export, or delete any information held about you. Because your data is stored locally in your browser's client-side storage, you can exercise complete deletion at any time by clearing your browser cache and local site data.
