1. Acceptance of Terms & Minimum Age Eligibility
By accessing or using kromans-DocsTranslate™ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
Eligibility (13+ / COPPA Compliance): The Service is offered and available strictly to users who are at least 13 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13 years of age, you are prohibited from using the Service.
2. AS-IS Warranty & Limitation of Liability Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR, DEVELOPER, MAINTAINERS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR ROMANS MEDIA LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
3. Dispute Resolution: Mandatory 30-Day Informal Notice
Before initiating any formal legal arbitration or lawsuit against the operator or maintainers of kromans-DocsTranslate™, you agree to provide written notice of dispute and engage in good-faith informal resolution for a minimum period of thirty (30) days. The notice of dispute must be sent in writing to kromans.dev@gmail.com detailing the factual nature of your claim.
4. Class Action Waiver
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND THE OPERATOR AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. NO ARBITRATION OR COURT PROCEEDING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL BE JOINED TO ANY OTHER PROCEEDING INVOLVING ANY CURRENT OR FORMER USER.
5. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction / Venue
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal governing law of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without giving effect to any choice-of-law principles. You expressly consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky (or the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky) for the resolution of any dispute or lawsuit arising out of these Terms.
6. FTC Non-Commercial & No-Affiliate Disclosure (16 CFR Part 255)
In accordance with 16 CFR Part 255 (FTC Endorsement Guides), we disclose that kromans-DocsTranslate™ is an independent software project. We do not accept paid commercial placement, sponsored product endorsements, or affiliate kickbacks. No referral commissions are earned from links or tools presented.
7. Copyright & DMCA Delisting Procedure (17 U.S.C. § 512)
We respect the intellectual property of others. In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2), if you believe that any content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal takedown or delisting notice to our Registered Designated Agent:

8. Zero Tolerance for CSAM & Mandatory Reporting (18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
We maintain strict zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any detection or attempt to upload, process, or transmit CSAM will result in immediate termination of access and mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and relevant federal law enforcement authorities.
9. Trademarks & Nominative Fair Use
kromans-DocsTranslate™ is a common-law trademark of Romans Media LLC. All rights reserved.
All third-party trademarks, product names, and logos displayed or mentioned within the Service are the property of their respective owners. Any reference to or display of third-party marks is strictly for nominative fair use and descriptive identification purposes, and does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.
10. Section 230 Communications Decency Act Immunity & External Destinations
To the extent the Service facilitates user queries, search results, or third-party web destinations, the operator claims full statutory immunity under 47 U.S.C. § 230 (Communications Decency Act) as an interactive computer service provider.
External Destination / Non-Hosting Notice: Links to external destination resources open third-party software and websites operated independently. The Service does not host or execute code on external third-party servers.
