Refund Policy

Translation Packs
A Translation Pack ($9.95 for $10.00 of credit) can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase, as long as none of the pack's credit has been spent. Use the "Refund your unused pack" button in the app — the refund is issued automatically through Stripe and may take a few days to appear on your statement. Once any of the pack's credit has been used, or after 24 hours, the pack is no longer refundable.
Failed translations
If a translation fails, you are not charged: the free page or credit used for it is returned to your balance automatically.
Before you buy
Every device gets 9 free pages (3 at each quality level) precisely so you can confirm the service and its quality work for you before paying, and the app verifies your device is capable before allowing a purchase. Dissatisfaction with translation quality on content similar to what you already previewed for free is not grounds for a refund of spent credit.
